How To Book

Telephone Martin Binks on 07768 740585 or email martinbinks@live.com to check on availability. Once dates are confirmed we will email you a booking request form. At this time we will require a 50% deposit for the total cost of your holiday. The balance being payable 8 weeks before your stay. If the booking is less than 8 weeks prior to your stay we require full payment. Confirmation is sent to you on receipt of a deposit/payment.

Payment Method

Payments should be made by bank transfer, personal cheque or online via Paypal.

Cancellations

Should you find it necessary to cancel the holiday before the final balance is due, please inform us immediately and we will try to re-let the property. If the property is re-let then the deposit will be returned less a handling fee charge of £25. If we are unsuccessful at re-letting the property the deposit will be forfeited in full. Should it be necessary to cancel the holiday after the final balance is due (whether or not the final balance has been paid) then, unless the apartment is re-let you will be liable for the full cost of the holiday. If we can re-let the property, all money paid will be returned less a handling fee charge of £50. We strongly suggest that you take out holiday insurance to cover you against this loss in the event of cancellation.

Inclusions

Rental cost includes the use of all bed linen, towels (not to taken to the beach), heating and hot water.

Times of arrival/departure

2pm & 11.00 am respectively

Number of Persons

The number of persons using the property should not exceed four (ideally 2 adults and 2 children) plus 1 small well behaved dog.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and communal areas

Dogs

Pets Dogs are welcome for no extra charge, however the apartment isn't huge so please ask whether yours would be comfortable. Dogs should not be left in the apartment unattended due to the possibility of them becoming distressed in unfamiliar surroundings and making noise which disturbs our neighbours, and/or damaging property.

Cleaning

The holidaymaker undertakes to leave the premises in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order at the end of the holiday. Security The holidaymaker undertakes to keep the premises secured throughout their stay.

Loss & Damages

The holidaymaker undertakes to keep the premises and its contents in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner should be compensated for any damages and breakages which occur (fair wear & tear excepted). If small items get broken ie: a glass, then we'd be grateful if you could replace them during your stay. Accidents happen, please let us know of any other damage or spillage in order that we can attempt to repair or clean as soon as possible. All damage is the responsibility of the holiday makers whether you have insurance or not. Our insurance does not cover this so you would be expected to pay for any damage (except fair wear and tear).

Property Access

The owner of the property or their representatives reserves the right of access at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy. If you have any problems during your stay please seek assistance from ourselves (contact details are in the property).
